As Educational Director and Board Member of the British College of Aesthetic Medicine (BCAM), I was delighted to launch the new BCAM Academy at the BCAM Annual Conference on 23rd September 2017. The new BCAM Academy is committed to supporting and guiding Doctors who are coming into Aesthetic Medicine and mentoring them throughout their studies and throughout their careers, before welcoming them to join BCAM, as members, following a written and practical exam. At the BCAM Academy we are committed to increasing patient safety, highlighting education and raising the bar of our profession so that BCAM Members, and the BCAM Academy Affiliates, are leading contributors for positive change in the field of Aesthetic Medicine.
